Stress smash

On behalf of The Pando Network, I designed the visual elements for the Stress Smash campaign, aimed at encouraging open conversations about mental health among high school students. During a playful activity in the school cafeteria, students received cards with contact details of a trusted person and a link to a mental health website. The cards provided a supportive nudge, with a touch of humor, to help break the stigma surrounding mental health. The result was a campaign that made it easier for students to seek help and start conversations about their well-being.
